I feel I had to put pen to paper to let you know my delight at coming across the Firefly Mobile Phone. This well designed trendy phone has all a parent could wish for in a mobile phone for a young child. Having a young daughter who has a life threatening medical condition sometimes it is hard for me to let go and give her a bit of independence. The Firefly mobile phone has allowed me to do just that. With only five buttons on the phone it makes it so easy for her to use. I also thought the special “Mam and Dad” buttons were a fantastic idea. I know that at the push of a button our daughter can contact us should she need to or alternatively if we need to know she is safe we can contact her. I also like the idea of the security features on the phone which means I as a parent am reassured she will not receive calls from anyone other than the people I choose to store in her phone. This gives me peace of mind as I know I am in control of the calls she can receive and make. It is a fantastic phone and I would highly recommend it to other parents. C Connolly - Swords, Co. Dublin

From my own personal perspective I can testify that I was delighted to be able to purchase a mobile phone for my niece that I knew my sister would approve of, having been aware of reservations she had about letting her daughter use a phone at such a young age. The Firefly, due to its clever design and unique functions, offers reassurance and ease of use. I would not have considered purchasing a phone which did not incorporate these security features otherwise (including no text function). I wish to thank you also for your exceptional customer service and communication; it is obvious that you are extremely proud of this product and it is refreshing to know that you consider your customers to be important. Our daughter was looking for a mobile phone. We were looking for a way to make sure she could contact us whenever she needed to and that we could contact her, but were uncomfortable with giving her a “normal” mobile phone. The firefly phone is the perfect solution, it is easy to use, safe, and Megan loves it – it allows her to call us and her friends when she wants, and also allows her personalize the rings tones, colours and it “looks cool”. I bought the Firefly mobile for my 7 year old Daughter for Xmas. She had been hounding me for about a year to get her a Mobile as some of her friends have mobiles etc and you know how they all want to be just like their friends. I simply felt that at 7 she was too young to have a regular mobile phone for all the usual safety reasons etc. When it happened to stumble upon information about the Firefly I couldn't believe that it existed. Immediately I thought it was a fantastic idea, exactly what I was looking for my Daughter. I did a bit of research about it and the more I learned about it, the more I liked the idea. My Daughter simply loves it, and thinks she is just as cool as the older kids with their regular mobiles. I found it very easy to set up and the guide notes were very easy to understand and follow. I really would struggle to find anything negative to tell you, even constructive criticism would be hard to find! Its absolutely ideal for younger children because its so easy to use, theres no texting which is great because of all the inappropriate texts which are flying around and the fact that I can set the phone to only receive calls from the numbers which I have programmed into her phone-book is fantastic. My Daughter finds it very easy to use and loves the fact that there are different accessories to go with it. I have great piece of mind since she got the Firefly and she makes great use of it. I would highly recommend the Firefly for children of this age and probably up to the age 10/11.

I find that I am agreeing with all the comments posted by parents.I purchased the phone after much persuasion from my daughter. I was very wary of letting her have a mobile phone until I researched the firefly. It gives the children the independence that they are craving while parents can control who calls can be made to etc. What a genius idea. Well done!!

What an amazing product!!!! My daughter is 17 and has Down Syndrome and had spent the last year asking for a phone and pointing out that EVERYONE had a phone but her. I knew she wouldn't be able to manage an ordinary phone so decided on the Glowphone, which Santa brought for Christmas. Oh what a Hit!!!!! She absolutely loves it, mastered it in no time and I love it as I can control who she phones etc.. Thank you so much for introducing such a wonderful product to Ireland, you have made one teenager VERY HAPPY : )

I just received the phone I bought for my 7 year old. The look and safety options are great. But kids are also very interested in fun simple games. Other than two demo games on the phone, there is nothing else available as Flystore is not active and my attempts to accessing it was just responded by a ''coming soon'' message and I can't access the US Flystore. It would be great if Flystore can get up and running in UK as soon as possible. Thanks
